We stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in Phuket and had an amazing experience. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach, and we found it to be great value for money. Our room was cozy and clean, with beautiful decorations and a comfortable bed. We even had our own private pool area, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the cleaning lady did an exceptional job of keeping the place spotless, and the reception lady went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early. the on-site restaurant served delicious dishes with fast service. We were impressed by the accurate representation of the rooms in the photos, and we are already planning our next visit to this beautiful place. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. Cons: Don't have any issues at all 😊.

Room was built in a strange way

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived and were greeted by an arrogant European man who told me I needed to pay the full amount for 9 nights in cash. I told him their web site indicated they accept major cards, he responded that they did but would charge me 4% extra. He tried to get me to go to an atm machine to get cash, in the end I agreed to pay the 4% extra and use card but he walked away an asked one of the other local staff (I think his wife) to deal with me. She was even more arrogant, alcohol on her breath at midday, she kept asking my name, asking if I was paying cash, telling me she was trying to help my advising the 4% extra, even after I had given her my passport and credit card and agreed to pay the additional amount. Eventually she processed the card and I signed, only then to see that she had not charged the 4% extra after all. Clearly this was all just an attempt to get me to pay cash. It then took another 5 minutes of waiting for her to finally give me the room key, she kept asking what my name was and looking at scraps of paper, but clearly just trying to frustrate me. If I had an alternative option at the time I would definitely have left. The room was very very basic, nothing like the pictures suggest. 2 days after we arrived my wife returned to the room before me (I had the key) and one of the staff opened the door for her. The following day the same happened during a thunderstorm, the staff on duty claimed they did not have another key and told her to go for a walk. She was in her wet running clothes, cold, without money, and had to wait in the rain (the rooms entrances are directly outdoor) for one hour before I returned. The staff attitude was unbelievable, I have never come across service so bad in Thailand after 17 years of travelling there and 2 years living there. We made a reservation at a Laguna hotel and moved out the next morning, obviously with no refund. We paid for 9 nights and stayed for 4.

The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a large bathroom and breakfast included.
